How do I place an Order and what is Pre-Order?

All products are available for online purchase via the ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Pre-Order Now’ tabs in our shop.

All of our sandals are entirely handcrafted in limited numbers, which is what makes each pair so incredibly special. Due to high demand, we offer our customers the option to secure their favourite pairs in advance, through pre-order.

We offer a 10% discount to all pre-order shoppers. Payment is processed through our website to secure your pre-order, and as soon as the stock is ready a confirmation email will be sent to you. The expected delivery period will be noted in the description of the product. Delivery dates are subject to change and we will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order.

If you aren’t totally happy with your new pair of sandals, please notify us within 7 days. On any unworn, undamaged pair, we can offer a full refund once they are returned.
